Role Summary

The Junior Architect will be engaged full-time at the Chandigarh site, assisting in the architectural and interior design process. Tasks include supporting conceptual and detailed design efforts, preparing architectural drawings and 3D visual models, and collaborating closely with senior architects and designers. The role involves conducting site visits for measurements, documenting existing conditions, and helping to convert client specifications into practical and visually appealing designs. Additional duties include project coordination, vendor and contractor follow-ups, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, quality, and budgets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in architecture and architectural design, capable of producing detailed plans, layouts, and visual presentations.
• Understanding of integration of design software tools and digital workflows, especially related to CAD applications.
• Foundational project management skills including planning, stakeholder coordination, documentation, and monitoring progress.
• Proficiency with design and drafting programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3Ds MAX; knowledge of interior design materials, finishes, and detailing is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited university preferred.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively on-site, multitask diligently, maintain close attention to detail, and uphold professionalism when interacting with clients, contractors, and team members.
