About the Role
Karbon Homes is seeking qualified and experienced Joiners to join their Property Services team. The role involves delivering a high standard Responsive Repairs service that emphasizes customer-first values and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
As a multi-skilled Joiner, you will undertake all aspects of joinery work in a range of domestic and non-domestic properties, including occupied and void premises. Tasks range from minor repairs to installing major components. Collaboration with other trades such as plumbing and plastering is essential, and a basic ability to perform minor tasks in these trades to maintain workflow would be advantageous.
Candidate Profile
Applicants must have completed a recognized joinery apprenticeship and hold relevant qualifications. Strong practical experience and knowledge of health and safety procedures are mandatory. Customer service excellence and the ability to work within diverse teams are crucial. A full UK driving license is required.
Working Conditions and Benefits
- Permanent, full-time position within Responsive Repair Teams led by Nine Operational Managers.
- Location across the North East region.
- 37 hours per week.
- Salary: £35,218 annually.
- Possibility of out-of-hours standby duties with additional standby payments after probation.
