Role Overview

This is a permanent IT support opportunity based in the East, within a stable multinational company environment. The position offers a basic salary of up to $2,500 to $3,500, along with additional allowances and bonus components.

Work Location

East, Singapore

Working Schedule

• Fixed day shift: 7:00am to 7:00pm
• Fixed night shift: 7:00pm to 7:00am
• 4-3-3-4 shift pattern

Key Duties

• Deliver day-to-day IT assistance and resolve basic technical issues
• Carry out testing, equipment setup, and routine maintenance tasks
• Support production operations and troubleshoot technical disruptions

Requirements

• Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Fundamental understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting methods
• Training will be provided
