Role Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact point for users, delivering prompt and competent support via the IT helpdesk and telephone hotline.
• Ensure operational readiness of workstations by managing individualized new installations and customized setup of PCs and notebooks.
• Enable flexible work environments by setting up and maintaining secure remote access solutions such as VPN and web access.
• Manage hardware fault diagnosis and resolution, provide replacement devices, and oversee user account and access rights administration.
• Maintain and support core IT components including servers, clients, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Assist with administration of the telephone system and mobile device management.
• Proactively contribute to exciting IT projects and help shape the company’s IT system landscape.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification.
• Career changers with strong IT affinity and initial support experience are equally encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Quick comprehension skills alongside strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Self-driven, structured, and responsible work style.
• Reliability, team orientation, and excellent communication skills.
