About the Role
Eklavya Centre Of Excellence Private Limited is looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to join their team in Delhi-NCR. This role involves delivering technical assistance and support across the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of all related systems.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other related IT hardware.
- Install, configure, and manage Windows operating systems and various software applications.
- Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Set up and troubleshoot networking devices including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.
- Ensure installation and maintenance of antivirus programs, perform system updates, and apply relevant security patches.
- Manage user accounts, configure email settings, and control system access.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and monitor overall system health.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory and asset management records along with support documentation.
- Liaise with external vendors for equipment repairs and replacements when necessary.
- Respond quickly to user support tickets and ensure issues are resolved efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Sound understanding of computer hardware, software installations, and problem diagnosis.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and printers.
- Strong analytical thinking and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and commitment to customer support.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Applicants should hold a diploma, BCA, B.Sc. in IT/Computer Science, B.Tech, or a comparable qualification in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science. Fresh graduates possessing solid technical knowledge are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates with up to two years of experience in IT support roles.
Compensation
The offered monthly salary ranges between 15000 and 22000 INR.
