IT Manager

Job Overview

We seek an experienced IT Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure stability, and secure our company's technological ecosystem. This includes managing cloud infrastructure, enterprise networking, security systems, and the comprehensive IT process framework to maintain controlled, auditable delivery. Leading a dedicated team of engineers and administrators forms a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the availability, performance, and costs related to cloud and hybrid infrastructures, including capacity planning, workload migration, automation, backup, and disaster recovery aligned with defined RTO and RPO objectives.
• Operate and maintain enterprise network components such as LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, routing, and switching, alongside security systems involving firewalls, endpoint protection, identity and access management, and vulnerability management.
• Support incident response activities and uphold compliance with necessary regulatory requirements.
• Administer server, virtualization, and storage hardware; manage the IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to secure disposal; maintain an accurate asset database; and implement monitoring and alert systems.
• Lead change and release management by evaluating impact, obtaining approvals, scheduling, and planning for rollback scenarios. Promote DevOps and CI/CD methodologies with development teams.
• Conduct incident and problem management to identify root causes and maintain comprehensive IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Guide and mentor the IT operations team, manage vendor relationships and the budget, and communicate service performance, risks, and project updates to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Applicants must be Saudi nationals.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Have at least five years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems operations with prior team leadership responsibility.
• Experience working hands-on with live production cloud environments.
• Strong foundation in enterprise networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with ITIL-aligned processes and frameworks.
