About the Company
Our client is an expanding provider of automated storage solutions serving highly regulated sectors, currently seeking an Installation Technician to join their team located in the Dublin/Kildare region. This role is ideal for candidates with prior mechanical or electrical hands-on installation and maintenance expertise who are eager to develop their career with a specialized equipment supplier. Note that the role requires travel across the country, including overnight stays during the working week.
Role Overview
- Collaborate with a team to unload and prepare equipment for installation.
- Perform mechanical assembly and installation of company machinery.
- Support system commissioning and start-up processes.
- Engage in basic electrical installations and troubleshoot faults.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections.
- Complete necessary documentation and adhere to safety and site regulations.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Experience and Requirements
- Prior practical mechanical or electrical experience in engineering or construction settings is essential.
- Possession of a full driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to maintain compliance with rigorous safety standards.
