Installation Engineer

Overview

This role entails the position of an Installation Engineer primarily based in Navi Mumbai, focusing on broadband services. Candidates should have a diploma or any degree, preferably with an electrical background. Freshers are considered. The role mandates candidates to be male, aged up to 34, and possess a bike with a valid driving license along with essential documents such as PAN, Aadhar card, bank passbook, and educational certificates.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform installation, relocation, reactivation, and speed or technology upgrades for broadband services promptly and with quality workmanship.
• Ensure a smooth and seamless installation process adhering strictly to SOPs and processes.
• Maintain high productivity based on predefined standards while delivering KPIs as per targets.
• Observe proper conduct and etiquette during customer visits, contributing to a positive customer experience.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions continuously.
• Manage timely usage of materials ensuring efficient resource consumption.
• Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders to maintain smooth operations and enhance conversion rates, turnaround time, and quality.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary is INR 21,000, inclusive of Provident Fund, ESIC, Medical Insurance, and additional incentives.
