Inside Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and committed Telecaller to become part of our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, addressing their questions, and generating new business leads.

Primary Duties

• Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services
• Clearly articulate and explain product/service details to clients
• Respond to customer inquiries and manage any objections effectively
• Keep accurate records of calls and schedule timely follow-ups
• Consistently meet prescribed daily and weekly sales targets

Candidate Qualifications

• Good command over Hindi and English communication
• Basic computer proficiency
• Confident demeanor coupled with a positive attitude
• Open to fresh graduates and newcomers in the field

Compensation Details

Salary is performance-based, complemented with incentive schemes.
