Information Technology Technician

Role Overview

We are looking to hire a dependable and experienced IT Technician to offer onsite technical support primarily supporting home users and small businesses in Adelaide. This position is commission-based and provides the autonomy to operate independently while ensuring excellent IT service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, and Apple devices.
• Provide onsite repair and setup services for a variety of IT equipment.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid ABN and a New South Wales driver’s license along with access to a vehicle.
• Demonstrable experience supporting IT needs of home users and small business environments.
• Proficient in hardware repair and system setup across desktops, laptops, and Apple hardware.
• Experience in screen replacements and mobile device repairs is highly desirable.
• Exemplary work ethic combined with punctuality and a professional approach.
