Role Overview
- Provide technical support for PCs, related peripheral hardware, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Troubleshoot a variety of hardware, software, and connectivity problems effectively.
- Manage deployment and upkeep of IT hardware assets while keeping accurate inventory records.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding with technology setup and equipment management.
- Assist with server and network equipment maintenance and uphold cybersecurity best practices, including securing OT devices on-site.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to end users and document support tasks clearly.
- Engage in both local and broad IT projects within the enterprise environment.
- Occasional travel to Shannon and after-hours support may be required.
Required Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT support or similar roles.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Advanced skills troubleshooting PCs, peripheral devices, and Microsoft 365 suite.
- General understanding of server operations, networking, and cybersecurity is beneficial.
- The capability to operate independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) are advantageous.
