Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive position based in Abu Dhabi. The role supports the day-to-day running of HR functions, from policy implementation and employee relations to recruitment support and workforce planning. It also covers onboarding and orientation, maintenance of HR records, compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal clinic standards, and assistance with performance management. The position works closely with leadership to respond to employee queries, strengthen engagement, and help build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage routine HR operations and ensure administrative processes run smoothly.
- Put HR policies into practice and help keep them aligned with organizational needs and local laws.
- Support recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle employee concerns, support conflict resolution, and promote healthy employee relations.
- Assist with performance management processes and related follow-ups.
- Respond to staff questions and coordinate with leaders on workplace matters.
- Contribute to training, engagement initiatives, and ongoing improvements to HR practices.
Requirements
- Strong background in Human Resources and HR management, preferably in a clinic or service-driven setting.
- Hands-on experience with HR operations, documentation, systems, and day-to-day administration.
- Ability to manage employee relations professionally, including handling concerns and encouraging a respectful workplace.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, their interpretation, and practical implementation.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law.
- Comfort using HR software and MS Office tools.
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, or customer-focused businesses is highly desirable.
- English fluency is expected; Arabic is considered an advantage.
- Must be able to work collaboratively on-site in Abu Dhabi.
