Job Overview
Join a dynamic global SaaS company as a Human Resources Administrator operating primarily remotely, with weekly presence in the London office every Tuesday. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute within a fast-paced, remote-first environment, supporting comprehensive HR functions and enhancing employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for employee, HR, and benefits-related inquiries.
- Administer HR tasks throughout the employee lifecycle including onboarding, contract modifications, leave management, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation within HR systems.
- Ensure all HR databases and personnel files comply with company standards and legal regulations.
- Revise HR policies, templates, and documentation to align with evolving business and legal requirements.
- Support the performance management administration, encompassing goal setting, review cycles, and generating reports.
- Assist managers and staff in conducting performance reviews and managing ongoing performance activities.
- Track review deadlines, goal completions, and employee engagement metrics.
- Generate HR reports and analyze workforce data including headcount, turnover, and engagement indicators.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, maintain candidate communications, and manage recruitment documentation.
- Keep applicant tracking system (ATS) data accurate and current throughout recruitment.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 12 months experience in HR Administration or People Operations.
- Background in a fast-paced, high-growth, or scale-up context preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Experience with HRIS platforms such as Rippling, Leapsome, or comparable systems.
- Competent in handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel with the ability to produce comprehensive HR reports.
- Available to begin immediately or with minimal notice.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from £35,000 to £40,000, based on experience.
- Flexible predominantly remote work structure with mandatory office attendance one day per week (Tuesdays) in London.
