We seek a Human Resource Executive to efficiently handle comprehensive HR functions within our digital marketing agency based in Mumbai. The role involves managing employee onboarding, maintaining HR documentation, tracking attendance, handling recruitment processes, resolving employee concerns, conducting engagement initiatives, managing leave and appraisal procedures, preparing HR management information systems reports, and overseeing daily HR operations.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a graduate with 2 to 5 years of human resource experience, preferably within marketing, advertising, events, or service sectors. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities are essential to succeed in this position.
