HR Payroll Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled HR Payroll Specialist with 2 to 3 years of practical experience to oversee comprehensive payroll activities and ensure adherence to all statutory regulations. This role requires an individual who can immediately join and efficiently manage payroll operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of payroll processing.
• Executing salary disbursements, full and final settlements, and maintaining payroll reconciliations.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, and other payroll mandates.
• Applying knowledge of labor laws and payroll-specific regulations to ensure lawful payroll practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of direct experience managing payroll functions.
• In-depth understanding of payroll management systems and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in using MS Excel along with HRMS or payroll software.
• Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to complete tasks within deadlines.
• Immediate availability for joining is mandatory.
