About the Role
Oracle is looking for a motivated HR intern to join our team at our Riyadh office, assisting with daily Human Resources administrative tasks. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes and contribute to various functions supporting our employees in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering employment-related information required for onboarding new employees.
- Help organize and maintain HR records while ensuring employees' confidentiality and compliance with data privacy laws and Oracle policies.
- Coordinate scheduling and execution of new employee orientations and meetings.
- Support completion of benefits enrollment for employees.
- Serve as a liaison between new hires and internal departments.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team for various tasks.
- Assist in drafting employment contracts under the Qiwa and GOSI systems.
- Carry out employee-related activities using the Qiwa and GOSI platforms.
- Maintain and archive physical copies of employee HR files securely.
- Collaborate with local social security offices as needed.
- Participate in onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Help organize HR events for Oracle Saudi employees.
- The internship lasts 12 months and requires a full-time onsite presence.
Candidate Requirements
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to handle sensitive employee data with strict confidentiality and adherence to privacy regulations.
- Strong multitasking ability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Precision in executing HR processes while meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Applicants must be local nationals.
