We seek an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Houseperson. Ideal candidates are punctual, dedicated, and excel in maintaining cleanliness and organization. You will be supporting our room attendants and ensuring that common areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires optimism, the ability to multitask efficiently, and strong priority management even in fast-paced situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in all common areas and accurately report any issues needing attention.
• Assist with various cleaning duties, coordinating laundry collection and ensuring all floors are stocked with fresh bedding.
• Execute layout changes and furniture assembly or disassembly as required.
• Perform specialized cleaning on items such as draperies, windows, balconies, decks, carpets, and floors.
• Address guest requests thoughtfully, contributing your creativity to continuously enhance their experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is beneficial.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods and lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work independently, proactively handle duties, and efficiently prioritize tasks.
