Job Overview

We are seeking a diligent and dependable Housekeeping Attendant to uphold the cleanliness and sanitary standards within guest rooms and hotel areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and organize guest rooms in line with hotel protocols.
• Change linens including bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels regularly.
• Perform dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in both rooms and shared spaces.
• Report any broken items, maintenance concerns, or misplaced belongings to management promptly.
• Ensure proper upkeep and management of cleaning tools and supplies.
• Adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines set by the hotel.
• Offer courteous and supportive assistance to guests at all times.
