These professionals handle a variety of housekeeping duties, ensuring every space in the hotel is welcoming and immaculate.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad spectrum of housekeeping tasks including delivering guest requests, replenishing supplies, cleaning guest rooms and public areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance throughout the entire hotel property to support an exceptional guest environment.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety standards, and confidentiality requirements.
• Present a professional image in uniform, appearance, and communication at all times.
• Engage in physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting, and carrying items up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Respond flexibly to reasonable additional duties as needed to ensure guest satisfaction and operational success.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to maintain stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and manual tasks.
• Commitment to upholding high quality and safety standards in housekeeping.
• Professional conduct including maintaining confidentiality and appropriate communication.
