About the Role

Cracker Barrel is looking for a Host to help create a welcoming first impression for every guest and keep the dining room moving smoothly. In this role, you will greet guests as they arrive, help manage the waitlist, keep guests informed with a friendly attitude, and ensure tables are prepared for the next party.

The company emphasizes working as one team and values people who bring warmth, reliability, and a positive presence to the guest experience. Prior restaurant experience is not required, as training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welcome guests as soon as they enter and help them feel comfortable.
• Manage the waitlist and coordinate the flow of guests into the dining room.
• Keep guests updated politely and clearly while they wait.
• Help make sure tables are ready for the next group.
• Contribute to a team-oriented, fast-moving restaurant environment.
