Key Responsibilities

• Follow correct van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Observe strict safe driving practices at all times.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks to maintain safety standards.
• Guarantee food is delivered to customers in optimal condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, acting as the face of Iceland on the road.
• Assist in-store tasks when needed.
• Manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Be flexible to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving licence held for a minimum of three years, with no more than six penalty points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude with a commitment to excellent customer experience.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines reliably.
• Have a strong understanding and awareness of road safety measures.
