About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers to join our team in Wellingborough. This position offers £13.71 per hour and involves delivering shopping while maintaining excellent customer engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe procedures when loading vans, including heavy lifting and manual handling
• Adhere strictly to safe driving practices
• Perform vehicle checks before routes
• Ensure food deliveries reach customers in prime condition
• Deliver outstanding customer service as the brand's representative
• Assist in-store duties when necessary
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Be flexible to work varying shifts between 6am and 11pm

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full driving license held for at least three years with no more than six penalty points
• Demonstrate a positive, friendly attitude and passion for customer service
• Show punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
• Maintain strong awareness of road safety protocols
