About the Role

As a Home Delivery Driver based in Maidstone, you will represent Iceland Foods by delivering groceries directly to customers' homes. This role emphasizes outstanding customer service, making you the friendly face and voice customers associate with our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely deliver grocery orders to customers' doorsteps with care and efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with customers during deliveries.
• Support broader store functions as needed, including operating the checkout and restocking shelves.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment, managing a busy schedule and maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work early morning or late evening shifts, ranging from 6am to 11pm as scheduled.
• Self-motivated and a team player, capable of handling multiple tasks during busy periods.
