About the Role

We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our compassionate team supporting individuals across locations in Dublin South East and Wicklow. Opportunities are available both full-time and part-time across multiple regions including Dun Laoghaire, Sallynoggin, Cabinteely, Glenageary, Ballybrack, Loughlinstown, Bray, Greystones, Kilcoole, Wicklow Town, Rathnew, Rathdrum, and Arklow.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in caring either professionally or within family settings is essential
• Applicants should be sincere, patient, caring, and able to communicate fluently in English
• Those without QQI Level 5 Healthcare qualifications must be willing to work towards certification or can avail of free training provided
• A full clean Irish/EU driver's license is mandatory for positions in Wicklow and desirable for Dublin roles
• Provision of character references and completion of Garda Vetting is required
• Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland is necessary

Salary Details Based on Qualifications and Experience

For candidates fully qualified with QQI (including Care Skills & Care of the Elderly) and 2 years' experience: €16.50 per hour Monday to Saturday and €19.00 on Sundays. Half-hour sessions paid at €9.75 Monday to Saturday and €11.00 on Sundays.

For fully QQI qualified individuals (Care Skills and Care of the Elderly included): €16.25 per hour Monday to Saturday and €18.75 on Sundays. Half-hour rates of €9.50 Monday to Saturday and €10.75 on Sundays.

For applicants without full QQI but having Care Skills and Care of the Elderly, or having QQI but missing those modules: €15.50 per hour Monday to Saturday and €18.00 on Sundays. Half-hour remunerations of €9.25 Monday to Saturday and €10.50 on Sundays.

For those lacking QQI qualifications, free training is available leading to an interim pay rate of €14.50 per hour Monday to Saturday and €17.00 on Sundays. Half-hour payments are €9.00 Monday to Saturday and €10.25 on Sundays.
