Role Overview

The Product department at Revolut is dedicated to transforming complex issues into streamlined, scalable experiences by collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, and Data teams. We are seeking a Head of Product to lead the advancement of our fraud-related products and systems, focusing on AI-driven automation and enhancing customer interactions to elevate trust and simplify compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated financial crime product team, crafting features to enhance security across Revolut's international platform.
• Build and develop teams aligned with product goals, fostering career progression among team members.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from strategic vision, planning, to launch execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in product management roles.
• At least 3 years experience in managing large teams including multiple squads and Product Owners.
• Proven background in handling AI, data science, customer-facing, and back-office product portfolios.
• Strong capability in defining and advocating a clear product vision to leadership, customers, and partners.
• Excellent analytical skills complemented by solid business insight to prioritize initiatives based on ROI.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to lead from the front and deliver hands-on impact.
• Track record of leading product development and launches from inception.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment, delivering actionable insights and measurable outcomes for intricate products.
