Head of Operations

Role Overview

We are searching for a seasoned and strategic Head of Operations to spearhead and manage our organization's operational activities. This position entails the creation and execution of operational strategies, streamlining business processes, enhancing efficiency, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company vision and growth objectives.
• Manage daily business operations to promote efficiency, productivity, and superior service delivery.
• Design, apply, and continually refine operational workflows, processes, and performance benchmarks.
• Track key performance indicators and operational metrics, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead initiatives aimed at operational excellence, including process optimization, automation, and cost reduction efforts.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational activities support business targets and customer requirements.
• Oversee resource management including workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting operations.
• Identify potential operational risks and establish mitigation plans to maintain business continuity.
• Drive change management, organizational transformation, and ongoing improvement programs.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory standards, quality controls, and operational protocols.
• Mentor and develop managerial and operational teams to foster accountability and high performance.
• Assist with strategic planning, business expansion, and exploration of new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present executive reports, operational assessments, and business performance updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in operations management, business management, supply chain, logistics, or similar leadership roles.
• In-depth knowledge of operational strategy, process enhancement, and corporate performance management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage extensive operational duties.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving aptitude, and sound decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Experience managing budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Familiarity with business systems, ERP software, data analytics, and operational reporting tools.
• Capacity to excel in a fast-moving, dynamic, and growth-centric setting.
• Well-developed commercial insight and strategic business understanding.
• Preferred educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related disciplines; advanced qualifications such as an MBA or relevant leadership certifications are advantageous.
