Guest Relation Executive

About the Role

M/s Wok 'N Roll in Chandigarh is seeking a dedicated and efficient Guest Relation Executive to become part of their restaurant operations team. This full-time position centers on ensuring smooth customer interactions and effective inventory management within the restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily inventory and maintain accurate stock records for the restaurant.
• Keep track of inventory levels and work with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Generate and maintain detailed purchase and inventory documentation.
• Address customer inquiries promptly, aiming to deliver an excellent dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and restaurant staff to facilitate seamless operational flow.
• Support billing procedures, reporting, and related administrative functions.

Requirements and Eligibility

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service and inventory management within a restaurant setting, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 12,000 to INR 18,000.
