GTM Automation Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic GTM Automation Specialist to join our team in Dublin or Helsinki. This pivotal role involves architecting and overseeing the AI agents that influence our sales and pipeline workflows, serving as the principal owner of agent strategy. The ideal candidate has profound GTM expertise, systems thinking skills, and a curiosity for leveraging agentic AI in revenue operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the entire AI agent program related to sales and pipeline operations.
• Create and govern the business rules dictating how each GTM agent operates, including triggers, data inputs, and decision-making processes.
• Regularly assess emerging AI and sales automation technologies and advise on their adoption or prioritization.
• Establish and uphold quality benchmarks and testing protocols to validate GTM agents before deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and SDR leadership to translate their requirements into agent design decisions.
• Partner with automation engineers to ensure the proper deployment of GTM agents on shared technical infrastructure.

Daily Duties

• Design and own agent business logic across the sales lifecycle.
• Drive the roadmap for GTM agents by prioritizing developments that maximize value.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of AI tools and frameworks to determine their suitability.
• Oversee the periodic reviews to maintain agent accuracy aligned with evolving business needs.
• Monitor agent performance metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion increases, and outbound efficiency, and report impact to GTM leaders.
• Coordinate deployment and infrastructure choices with engineering teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience designing and managing automation or AI systems within GTM-focused environments, particularly making architectural decisions.
• In-depth understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes, especially pipeline management, deal qualification, and outbound sequences.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce data structures and critical indicators of pipeline health.
• Hands-on experience evaluating and selecting AI or automation tools with strong personal insights on effective technologies.
• Practical familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI capabilities and limitations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with fast-moving sales teams by delivering reliable solutions.
• Adaptability in ambiguous and fast-changing environments with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
