Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with over five years of experience who combines high emotional intelligence with creative intelligence. This role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding team with significant career growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and uphold consistent visual branding aligned with brand standards across multiple platforms such as websites, emails, print materials, and sales presentations.
Create innovative graphics for marketing initiatives including in-app banners, email campaigns, landing pages, sales decks, and display advertisements.
Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, product, and sales teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Continuously explore current design trends, tools, and technologies to introduce fresh, inventive ideas to our creative projects.
Manage various design projects efficiently from initial concept through to final delivery with quality and timeliness.
Compose simple, elegant visuals that effectively communicate complex brand stories and reinforce brand identity.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally in the tech or fintech sectors.
Expertise in design software and tools such as Figma, various AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Jira is preferred.
An impressive portfolio showcasing a broad spectrum of digital campaign designs.
Strong passion for aesthetics, typography, and visual composition, with a talent for producing engaging and eye-catching designs.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, capable of accepting feedback and rapidly iterating work.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality outputs.
Adaptability to a fast-evolving work environment with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities.
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or related disciplines is preferred, although exceptional portfolios and experience can substitute formal education requirements.
Proven experience using AI tools such as Claude or equivalents for enhanced productivity, research, and communication is essential.

Compensation

This contracted role offers a gross monthly salary between $2,500 and $3,333 USD, reflecting foundational skills and growth potential for early-career professionals.
