This role merges creativity with dynamic digital marketing efforts, collaborating with specialists to enhance brand presence and player engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Create impactful marketing and promotional visuals, including banner ads for multiple channels, email content, social media posts, digital advertisements, and creative elements for landing pages.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and software developers to tailor creative assets for desktop, mobile, and application platforms.
Uphold and develop the iLottery brand identity, ensuring alignment and uniformity across all marketing initiatives and channels.
Deliver files prepared for production and maintain an organized library of digital assets.
Offer creative ideas during brainstorming and campaign strategy sessions.
Collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to monitor visual performance metrics and enhance future creative work.
Keep up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and creative production to ensure visuals remain modern and captivating.

Candidate Profile

Possess over five years of professional experience as a graphic designer specializing in digital-focused environments.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects; knowledge of Figma is advantageous.
Demonstrate a diverse portfolio highlighting various visual styles, especially digital campaigns and mobile-centric projects.
Possess a strong grasp of design fundamentals including composition, color theory, typography, motion principles, and user-focused design.
Experienced in designing multi-platform marketing campaigns encompassing web, social media, email, and apps.
Highly organized with meticulous file handling and a commitment to pixel-perfect, ready-for-production outputs.
Capable communicator and collaborator who welcomes feedback and iterates designs swiftly and effectively.
Experience in video production, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.
Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range is $56,000 to $104,000 annually, with offers based on experience, education, skills, location, and internal parity. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, paid leave, and a 401(k) plan featuring employer contributions.

This position requires passing mandatory background checks and regulatory approvals, including criminal screening, fingerprinting, and potentially obtaining gaming-related licenses or registrations.
