Position Overview

Join our expanding Global Total Reward team focused on enhancing compensation and benefits strategies for over 1,000 employees worldwide. Reporting to the Global Total Reward Director, you will primarily manage Total Reward initiatives across the Americas region alongside global projects. This is a unique chance to work closely with senior leaders, employing data-driven insights and commercial judgment to refine reward systems fostering employee motivation and retention. Responsibilities

  • Administer total compensation programs with emphasis on the Americas, including pay structures, benefits, incentive schemes, and the annual reward and promotion cycles.
  • Ensure compliance with regional pay transparency, benefits, and leave regulations by collaborating with the Global Total Reward Director and Americas HR Business Partners.
  • Collaborate with benefit brokers in the US and Canada to optimize offerings, control costs, and oversee annual enrollment events, incorporating input from local HR teams.
  • Utilize external reward benchmarking data to inform pay structure recommendations and deliver job-specific analyses supporting strategic hiring and promotion decisions.
  • Execute the Global Total Reward and promotion processes via the Workday People System, preparing insightful reports for senior leadership and governance bodies alike.
  • Develop sound business cases for reward proposals aligned with the Group Authority Matrix, facilitating clear decision-making by executives and board members.
  • Handle ad-hoc total reward data inquiries from the CEO and Board, maintaining quality and punctuality under oversight of the Global Total Reward Director.
  • Manage recognition programs for Americas personnel to encourage and reward outstanding performance throughout the year.
  • Coordinate with HR Business Partnering and People Systems teams to ensure high data quality in Workday related to compensation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of three years managing total reward activities including benefits, recognition, with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Expertise in US and Canadian benefits plan management, cost optimization, and administration of open enrollment processes.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities, able to construct reward models and conduct scenario analyses that generate clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience supporting annual compensation and promotion cycles.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, collaborating effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy, presenting comprehensive total reward insights.
  • Proficiency in project management, prioritization, and professional written communication within a dynamic, lean global team.
  • Desirable: Understanding of US/Canada pay transparency legislation and operational experience in compliance; knowledge of reward benchmarking and salary band design including geographic adjustments; Workday system proficiency; exposure to global professional services and partner reward structures is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary ranges from USD 90,000 to 120,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.
