Job Summary
As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in digitizing a traditional industry, moving beyond simple automation to create intelligent, agent-led workflows. We are looking for a product-minded builder who is passionate about high-quality user experiences and rapid feature delivery. If you are a native German speaker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a modern, AI-integrated tech stack, this is your chance to make a tangible impact on the German legal infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development and shipping of new features that enhance the agentic capabilities of the platform.
- Bridge the gap between technical architecture and user experience, ensuring the product is both powerful and intuitive for legal professionals.
- Collaborate on the evolution of our tech stack, leveraging tools like Claude Code and Supabase to maintain high development velocity.
- Maintain high code quality and performance standards while ensuring all legal and regulatory nuances of the German notary system are addressed.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken).
- Availability during standard German business hours (9-5 CET/CEST).
- 2-3 years of professional experience working with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with TailwindCSS and PostgreSQL.
- Experience building and scaling applications using Supabase.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code.
