Role Overview
Oaks Wellington Hotel seeks a dedicated and skilled Front Office Manager to lead the front office team full-time. You will create welcoming experiences for guests upon arrival and oversee your team to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest welcomes and uphold operational standards at the front office and reception.
- Meet and settle guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel at home.
- Maintain clear, honest communication to assist guests and manage reservations accurately.
- Lead and support the team in providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Complete daily tasks diligently and promptly.
- Address guest complaints professionally and quickly.
- Keep accurate guest accounts and assist with daily reporting.
- Manage team schedules effectively to align with budget goals.
- Assist the Hotel Manager in recruitment processes.
Shift Details
- Work schedules follow a rotating roster from Monday to Sunday.
- Shifts are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in a hotel or resort environment.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills for managing diverse teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a positive mindset.
- Proficiency in Trust accounting.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
