FP&A Director

Overview

Our client, a prominent FMCG company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced FP&A Director to guide financial planning and performance management throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be tasked with spearheading the FP&A strategy, delivering critical financial insights to facilitate strategic decision-making, and ensuring that financial objectives are closely aligned with overall business performance. Close collaboration with senior executives and various departments to establish financial goals, analyze operational results, and back significant investment decisions is essential. Furthermore, the role includes enhancing financial planning, forecasting accuracy, and business review procedures.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• At least 12 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related finance functions.
• Extensive FP&A expertise specifically within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing financial performance.
• Comprehensive background in annual operating plans (AOP), forecasting, and conducting business reviews.
• Experience in capital expenditure (Capex) assessment and investment evaluation.
• Strong track record in setting targets and monitoring performance metrics.
• Exceptional capability to collaborate with top leadership and transform financial data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent analytical, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills.
