Position Overview

This role focuses on delivering an exceptional dining experience beyond just serving food. The Food & Beverage Service Expert proactively offers various services to ensure guests enjoy their meals fully. Duties range from table setting, liaising with the kitchen, attending to guests, to maintaining cleanliness of workstations and supplies. The goal is to transform routine service into a memorable and enjoyable interaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables professionally and attractively for guests.
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Engage with guests, providing attentive and friendly service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and supplies.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and safety standards to create a safe work environment.
• Uphold quality standards consistently in all service activities.
• Maintain a professional personal presentation including uniform and communication.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods; navigate uneven or slippery surfaces safely.
• Handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with help; perform movements involving bending, lifting, pulling, and stooping as required.

Candidate Qualifications

• Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No certifications or licenses necessary.
