Role Overview

As a Fleet Operations Driver, your key role will be to keep the urban environment orderly by managing the distribution and collection of e-scooters across the city. You will ensure these scooters are fully charged, safe, and correctly positioned for users. Additionally, you will retrieve misplaced scooters and transport any that require repair back to the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate vans to pick up, deploy, or swap e-scooter batteries across the city.
• Ensure e-scooters are parked neatly to avoid cluttering streets or sidewalks.
• Locate missing e-scooters, assess their condition, and either return them to base or make them available for public use.
• Conduct minor on-site repairs to maximize fleet availability.
• Support the Operations team with warehouse tasks as needed.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a valid EU category B driving license and be competent in driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Demonstrate responsible, careful driving and thorough knowledge of local areas; prior professional driving experience is advantageous.
• Exhibit a proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to ownership and problem-solving.
• Communicate effectively in English and be skilled in using smartphones and basic mechanical tools.
