As a First Level IT Support Specialist, you will be a key contact for addressing customer support inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for First Level Support by handling customer queries via phone and email.
• Engage proactively to become familiar with our IT processes, products, and assigned responsibilities.
• Exhibit sociability, maintain high quality standards, and demonstrate keen communication sensitivity.
• Analyze information accurately and stay composed even under urgent or complex requests.
• Take initiative for personal growth and expanding your expertise.

Candidate Profile

• Preferably possess initial experience in IT support.
• Alternatively, have background in customer service or strong communication talents.
• Possess fluent German language skills and good command of English, spoken and written.
• Work goal-oriented, both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Show genuine interest in IT and confidence in using Microsoft Office.

Additional Advantages

• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, preferably Polarion.
