Job Overview
We seek a Finance Business Partner based in Dublin to lead forecasting activities and financial management for our European operations. This role focuses on supporting growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own forecasting and conduct financial analysis across multiple business units.
- Manage the annual budgeting process, forecasts, and multi-year planning cycles.
- Prepare management reports and insights for senior leadership, identifying emerging risks and opportunities.
- Support development and execution of strategic and tactical business initiatives.
- Build relationships across departments to help colleagues understand financial implications.
- Leverage financial expertise to improve commercial outcomes through data-driven advice.
- Ensure financial management aligns with short- and long-term business goals.
Candidate Profile
- Experience working within banking or fintech sectors is essential.
- Demonstrated background in finance business partnering.
- Accountancy qualification or equivalent practical experience.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to detect trends and suggest actions.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing capabilities to collaborate effectively.
- Skilled at tailoring data presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience building business cases and managing investment decision processes.
- Hands-on approach supporting colleagues and projects of varied scope.
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with forecasting software tools.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary ranging from €70,000 to €87,000 plus performance-related incentives.
- Hybrid work model with presence in the Dublin office 2-3 days per week.
- Flexible working hours supported with trust in managing work time.
- 34 days annual leave including public holidays (24 vacation days plus 10 public holidays).

Recruitment Process
