The Opportunity

Servana is growing its Technician Network across the UAE and invites experienced Field Service Engineers and Technicians with backgrounds in industries such as food and beverage manufacturing, dairy processing, pharmaceutical production, process and packaging machinery, industrial automation, refrigeration, and plant utilities.

Technicians skilled in maintenance, installation, commissioning, or troubleshooting of equipment including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, separators, homogenizers, pasteurizers, mixers, fillers, packaging machines, compressors, cooling and industrial refrigeration systems (including ammonia/NH3 systems), steam/boiler systems, compressed-air systems, water treatment and cleaning systems (CIP), hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, instrumentation, and automation are especially encouraged to join. Expertise in one or more of these areas is highly valued.

Candidate Profile

• Practical experience in field service, commissioning, or plant maintenance.
• Familiarity with food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical production environments.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and solving technical problems.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Understanding of process, packaging, automation, or utility systems.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional communication with industrial clients.
• Availability to carry out service tasks within the UAE.

Previous engagement with OEMs, industrial service providers, or manufacturing plants is advantageous. While technical certifications, OEM trainings, and refrigeration, electrical, automation, or utility credentials are beneficial, they are not mandatory.
