Field Service Technician

Role Overview

This position involves installation, maintenance, and repair of various cooling and refrigeration equipment. The technician will provide hands-on field support, ensuring operational efficiency and safety at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain cold storage systems, HVAC units, chiller plants, refrigeration equipment, and air conditioning systems.
• Identify and resolve technical malfunctions through troubleshooting and repair.
• Conduct site visits to provide on-field service, including preventive maintenance and addressing breakdowns.
• Engage regularly with customers and report progress to supervisors.
• Keep accurate service documentation and update daily work reports.
• Maintain adherence to safety protocols and operational standards on-site.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration technologies.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical maintenance procedures.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in managing field service operations.
• Good interpersonal skills for effective customer coordination.

Compensation

The monthly salary ranges between 20,000 and 28,000 INR.
