Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with local restaurants in Swansea and nearby locations, becoming the area's trusted expert on culinary offerings and customer preferences.
• Engage with restaurant owners through various channels including in-person visits, telephone communication, and digital means to showcase Deliveroo's technology benefits.
• Manage the complete onboarding journey for new partners, ensuring quick and smooth integration into the platform.
• Own the success of newly onboarded partners during their initial eight weeks, assisting in maximizing their performance and growth.
• Keep informed of industry trends by participating in food community events and sampling potential partners' quality dishes.

Qualifications and Traits

• Proven experience in sales focusing on active client acquisition and skillful negotiation to create mutually advantageous agreements.
• Strong commercial insight into food delivery economics, with a track record of meeting challenging sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills enabling effective rapport building face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
• Passion for the food and restaurant industry and the ability to clearly communicate product benefits to business owners.
• Motivated self-starter comfortable working independently with a valid driver's license and car for regional travel.
