About the Role
Freecharge Payment Technologies Private Limited is seeking motivated and goal-driven Field Sales Officers to expand its customer base and promote a range of financial products such as business loans, loan against property (LAP), current accounts, and QR code payment solutions. This is a full-time on-roll position based at their Trichy office.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through lead generation activities in the field.
- Market and sell financial services including LAP, business loans, current accounts, and QR Code payment options.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Consistently meet monthly sales goals and other performance indicators.
- Regularly undertake field visits and follow-up meetings with prospects and clients.
Eligibility Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 10th grade pass or higher.
- Prior experience in sales within lending or loan products such as LAP, business loans, current accounts, or QR Code solutions.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages.
- Age should be between 18 and 38 years.
- Open to all genders.
Additional Requirements
- Ownership of a two-wheeler (motorbike) is mandatory for commuting.
- A valid driving license is required.
- Candidate must be willing and available to perform field sales duties.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly fixed salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
- Performance-based incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹6,000.
- Employment on-roll providing job security.

Working Hours and Location
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
- This role involves extensive work in the field based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu at No 70, Palayam Bazaar, Woraiyur.
