About the Role
Phonepe is seeking dedicated professionals for the position of Business Loan Executive (Field Sales) in their Loan Department, based in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The role primarily involves engaging with local merchants to promote and sell business and personal loan products.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to merchants locally to present loan options.
- Clearly articulate the features and benefits of various loan products to potential customers.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and data.
- Achieve or surpass daily and monthly sales objectives.
- Develop and nurture strong customer relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers a fixed monthly salary with a total cost to company (CTC) of ₹21,000. The take-home pay amounts to ₹17,000 per month. Additionally, candidates will receive a petrol allowance/market visit allowance of ₹6,700 along with incentives based on performance.
