Overview
Join Lenskart as a Field Sales Executive delivering all-rounded customer service at stores and expanding business via on-field outreach initiatives. This full-time opportunity based in Hyderabad focuses on driving sales and building customer engagement through direct interaction and promotional efforts.
Primary Duties
- Perform basic eye tests by visiting local areas.
- Engage with customers to establish and nurture local relationships.
- Organize and coordinate eye check-up camps and related promotional events.
- Manage home delivery arrangements and maintain customer follow-up communications.
- Generate sales by developing corporate and local partnerships.
Essential Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- Possession of a valid bike driving license and access to a motorbike are mandatory.
Compensation and Incentives
- Monthly in-hand salary of 20,400 INR plus petrol allowance.
- Additional monthly performance incentives ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 INR.

This position is permanent and requires on-field presence to execute sales interventions effectively.
