Field Partner Manager

About the Role

Vyaparaap is looking to hire a Field Partner Manager to oversee distributor operations in Bangalore. This position involves extensive fieldwork complementing office time and focuses on managing and growing the distribution network for our POS Machine Software product.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new distributor partners to expand product reach.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with current distributors to ensure sustained collaboration.
• Boost sales performance through the distributor channel by strategizing and executing sales plans.
• Oversee all distributor-related activities within the Bangalore region, ensuring operational efficiency.

Job Details

This is an individual contributor role requiring approximately 80% field engagement and 20% office-based work.

Compensation and Experience

The salary package offers up to 700000 INR annually along with additional incentives and employee benefits. Prospective candidates should have 1 to 7 years of experience, with proven expertise in field sales.
