Field Operation Specialist

Role Overview

The Field Operation Specialist is responsible for on-site property management activities including property onboarding and tenant-related operations. This role involves regular physical visits to assigned properties and close collaboration with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical visits to assigned properties to oversee onboarding, tenant search, move-in, and move-out processes.
• Monitor maintenance work done by vendors ensuring high quality of service delivery.
• Generate detailed inspection reports using the Housewise App.
• Ensure timely placement of quality tenants to minimize property vacancies.
• Efficiently manage operations independently, adapting to shifting priorities directed by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Preferably 2 to 10 years of experience in an operations capacity.
• Background in logistics, fulfillment, service delivery, supply chain, banking, financial services, e-commerce, telecom, or manufacturing operations is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with intra-city travel and must own a two-wheeler.
• Able to multitask and perform under high-pressure conditions.
• Available for full-time employment; part-time applicants will not be considered.

• Excellent analytical capability with a proven track record of identifying root causes and developing scalable solutions.
