Role Overview

The Field Manager position is a full-time, on-site role located in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The incumbent will lead field communication efforts, gathering content, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating activities across the region to support the communications agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate field operations within Moradabad and nearby locations.
• Establish and sustain relationships with local communities and key stakeholders.
• Collect visual and informational content from the field including photos and videos for communication purposes.
• Support social media content creation and management.
• Compile and prepare reports, documentation, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
• Collaborate closely with the communications team to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Undertake travel across Moradabad and adjacent districts as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in both spoken and written Hindi and English languages.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital content management.
• Strong understanding of Moradabad’s social, political, and cultural dynamics.
• Ability to capture quality photos and videos using a smartphone; experience with professional cameras like DSLR is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
