The Food and Beverage Ambassador role focuses on ensuring outstanding dining experiences within an empowering setting. This position represents the brand at every stage of the guest's dining journey, aiming to deliver flawless service. The goal is to transform every guest interaction into memorable moments, turning guests into loyal advocates through warmth and attention from arrival through departure.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Possess a sincere and service-oriented personality with strong emotional intelligence.
• At least a high school diploma is mandatory; a college degree in Hotel Management or an equivalent field is preferred.
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a similar capacity within a five-star hospitality environment.
• Exhibit excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
