Role Overview

As an Executive Talent Partner, you will play a pivotal role in fueling Buena's M&A growth strategy. Upon acquisition of property management companies, the main factor for turning around their performance is leadership. Your key mission is identifying, engaging, and recruiting technology-savvy, dynamic executives to replace existing management swiftly.

Joining Buena means taking full ownership from day one. As the second member of the Executive Search & Talent Team, you will hold strategic responsibility for the leadership pipeline across a portfolio of more than 500 employees. You will work closely with the executive management and M&A teams at the Berlin headquarters, making executive recruiting a critical driver of company strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate 80% of your time to direct sourcing and approach of managing directors through LinkedIn, Xing, Stepstone, and cold calling.
  • Build, optimize, and oversee the entire end-to-end recruiting process along with CRM systems to maximize efficiency.
  • Seamlessly integrate the M&A pipeline with talent acquisition to enable immediate placement post-acquisition.
  • Systematically scout the German market and develop strategic talent pools for prospective acquisition targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven success of at least 1–3 years in executive search, headhunting, or tech recruiting, including filling senior roles.
  • Strong resilience in direct candidate outreach, confident demeanor, and a highly results-driven approach.
  • Native-level German proficiency (C2).
  • Structured, analytical, and data-driven methodology to daily tasks.
  • Proficient use of modern sourcing tools, CRM platforms, and AI applications to boost performance.
  • Willingness to work onsite at our Berlin HQ (Prenzlauer Berg).
