The Executive Assistant will closely support the Chief Business Officer (CBO) while also providing operational and project support to the broader Go-to-Market (GTM) team. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and facilitate senior leadership and cross-functional team efforts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize the CBO’s calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and time allocation amidst competing priorities.
- Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting materials such as agendas and briefing notes to ensure the CBO is well-informed.
- Handle expense reports and reconciliation duties with accuracy.
- Execute various administrative tasks with discretion and a can-do attitude, no matter how small.
- Support planning and execution of GTM initiatives, including team programs, offsites, and cross-functional projects.
- Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Operations to maintain consistent operational rhythms such as meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), team all-hands, and leadership syncs.
- Create and manage presentations, reports, and internal communications on behalf of the CBO and GTM leadership.
- Act as a vital connector among GTM teams to maintain alignment and remove obstacles.
Qualifications
- Between 2 to 4 years’ experience in executive assistance, chief of staff, business operations, or related roles, preferably supporting senior leadership in a fast-growing environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills capable of juggling multiple priorities without error.
- Experience in complex calendar and travel management across multiple time zones.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to cultivate trust among executives, colleagues, and external partners.
- Professional and confidential handling of sensitive information.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, able to compose executive briefs and informal messages reliably.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous settings and proactive in identifying necessary actions independently.
- Proficient with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion.
Preferred Experience
- Background supporting commercial or GTM teams (sales, marketing, partnerships).
- Knowledge of project management and emerging AI tools like Notion and Claude.
- Experience at high-growth startups or within technology companies.
- Fluency in Hebrew (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with the Israeli team.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000 annually, complemented by equity options and a comprehensive benefits package tailored to the employee's skills, qualifications, and location. Empathy provides premium healthcare, generous paid time off, flexible parental leave, and premium bereavement support through its platform. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan with up to 4% company match, competitive stock options, annual retreats, team events, and remote work incentives.
